Hope all is well with you. We had an amazing time, and are so thankful that we chose you as our caterer. Your staff was very helpful and accommodating. The bartenders were AMAZING, especially at keeping up with the brood of drinkers that we had! The young lady at the outside bar (didn't catch her name, bad bride!) took amazing care of me and I was so appreciative. The skirt steak was SOOOOO very good. I don't know how or what they did, but it was out of this world!
